Agreements between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Russian Federation

Basic documents on which are laid the contractual-legal relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Russian Federation:

–     Protocol on Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina (signed in Moscow on 19 Oct 1999, with a 3-year validity and automatic extension to next 3 years).
–     Agreement, confirmed by exchange of the notes between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on inventorying interstate and intergovernmental agreements signed between former SFRY (or FNRY) and USSR in the period from 1945 until 1991 (initialed in Moscow on 29 Jan 2002, respective notes exchanged  on 13 March 2002).
–     Memorandum between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Government of Republic Slovenia, the Government of Serbia and Montenegro and the Government of Republic Croatia, governing the mutual financial claims in relation to the goods trade between the former states USSR and SFRY (signed in Moscow on 17 Sept 2003).
–     Agreement on Cooperation between the Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina (signed in Moscow on 8 Sept 2004).
–     Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on establishing an Intergovernmental Russian – Bosnian & Herzegovinian Commission for Trade and Economic Cooperation (signed in Moscow on 8 Sept 2004, with a 5-year validity and automatic extension to next 5 years).
–     Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on International Road Transport (signed in Moscow on 8 Sept 2004).
–     Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Trade and Economic Cooperation (signed in Moscow on 8 Sept 2004, with a 5-year validity and automatic extension to next 3 years).
–     Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Conditions for Mutual Travels of the Respective Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Russian Federation (signed in New York on 24 Sept 2007, entered into force on 1 May 2008).
–     Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on International Road Transport.
–     Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Air Transport (signed in 2009).
–     Protocol between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Cooperation in the Field of Culture, Science and Education.
